To be used when the forums are down or any other discussions.

"I will watch the sun rise with you," she whispered softly, then lifted him up. He could walk more on his own. She walked outside with him. "Where do you want to watch it from?" she said, not explaining, but simply going along with his request. The emotion in her eyes was undeterminable. Was she scared? Was she indifferent? Sad, happy? It was so hard to tell.
Is it down again?

Yes, down again like the lovely and reliable site that NS has become. And they claimed Jolt would be oh so great. *rolls eyes* At least we have here!

Pfft. Don't complain. You know, deep in your heart, just how bad the forums were before Jolt. You've just forgotten. Grown plump on the errant fruits growing in this new Garden of Eden, while still plucking at the tree of Desire. Well, let me remind you: back on the NS.net forums, every tree was the Tree of Desire (we desire moderators, and a reliable server, and not posting six times in a row after clicking the button once, and and and and and...), not just the one special one marked 'complain about Jolt providing less than okay service'.
Not to mention that the NationStates forum on Jolt contains more posts than everything else in all the forums put together. That's got to be straining their servers. And it's all our fault.

How dare you say it's our fault! It's the noobs! Blame the noobs! And the Generalites! And the Spammers!
This little group here is innocent of your charges. We merely keep it alive. *nods*

When I say 'us' I mean 'NSers in general'. And you knew that.

Pfft. Don't complain. You know, deep in your heart, just how bad the forums were before Jolt. You've just forgotten. Sadly, my heart still belongs to the old NS forums. I always did love them more....went into mourning and the five stages of grief when we transfered over to Jolt. Even though the old forums you had to save absolutely everything, I still miss them.... Plus, they had the best people NS has ever seen. *relives a moment of nostalgia*

I kinda have to agree with that too. Although, I didn't like the having to save everything before posting. That got rather annoying for me.

Yeah, but now I'm back so ou can rejoice.
Just kidding. I miss a whole lot of people from the old NS.net forums. Even though we were all bad roleplayers (with a very few notable exceptions) I still long for the old days quite often - read: anytime I go anywhere near International Incidents.

Back on Old NS I gave up on it about two weeks after its creation and never looked in it again. Now, I have a lot of friends that RP there. So, though I try not to start stuff there, I do get sucked into some of it. Finding old NS Forum friends has helped me out a lot, though. Once Tib gets his act together and I finally get my introduction to FT thread under way, it should be a lot better.
